I’m ready to purchase? What do I need to get started? ExpandWe recommend that you purchase your domain & hosting on your own. If you have not purchase those yet, feel free to discuss it with us as we can recommend Blue Host or Host Gater and GoDaddy or Namecheap for domain purchases.
You will need to provide us with your company logo and the name of the pages you would like on your site (i.e. Home, About Us, Service, Contact Us, Blog, etc.). Additionally, you will have to provide us with content for these pages. If you do not yet have content, we can insert dummy text as a temporary placeholder.
Will you offer or provide domain name and hosting for me? ExpandWe do not provide hosting or domain name registration services with this offer. This will allow you to have full control over the website. Therefore we highly recommend you purchase these yourself in your own name, use your own payment, etc. This protect you from anyone, even us, from having possible back door access to compromise your website in the weeks, months, and years to come.
Do you offer support after the website has been completed? Expand
Yes. We provide support for two weeks after the website is done. Most of the websites are very user friendly and edits and minor issues can be managed easily without support. However, if you feel you need longer period of support like months or even years, please let us know and we can set you up with one of our maintenance packages for that purpose.
Will I be able to edit my website with ease after the WordPress site is completed? Expand
Yes, you can edit our websites easily. You will be able to add images, modify text, add banner, descriptions of images. If you have products to add such as an ecommerce store, you will be able to add and delete products rather easily, update pricing and images and descriptions if necessary.
What if I do not like a certain website feature, or if there is any bug or glitch, or any problem in general? Expand
You are welcome to contact us up to 14 days of delivery of the website and we will provide full support. If there are any issues, bugs, features not working, we will work with you to rectify any issues. We cannot assure you of fixing issue after months or years. However, we will always be available at any time to assist you in the future. In these cases, we charge to resolve any problems or normal hourly rate.
You can either upload the content to Google drive or a Drop Box account. With these accounts, you can send me the documents via a shareable link where we will be able to access it. This is our preferred method since it makes it easy to simply add photos, videos, documents, etc. and it is quick and easy.
Why can’t I just pay with credit card right now – why do I have to message you via this form? Expand
We would recommend completing the online form to provide us with some information about your business and what it is you are looking for. We prefer to have a conversation with you to ensure we understand your before initiating the transaction. Our goal is to ensure our service and websites available are a good fit for your business before starting your project. We can guide you to determine which package suits you the best.
Will you write the content for my website? Expand
No, we do not offer writing services. We can recommend where you can get content written for your business however. Our focus is to produce a great web design and development. Even if we outsource the content creation for your website to a third party, it will not be inherent to your brand and specialty. Thus, we recommend you work with a content provider directly to ensure your nuanced brand qualities stand out in the material. We can recommend some content providers for you if you prefer.
Do you provide the licenses for the Themes and Plugins that you use in the website? Expand
No. If we use any Premium Theme/Plugin, you may need to purchase it if you need lifetime support from the developers. We only have a developer license to use it.
Will the website be mobile friendly? (Responsive) ExpandYes, 100%.
How many revisions do you offer? ExpandWe offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
